OSO STUDIO is a women centered strength training studio, set in a small and intimate private studio in Ashland, Oregon. We specialize in 1-on-1 and semi-private strength training, holistic nutrition, and community wellbeing. Our strength programs meet each client with intention, where lifting weight, gradually increasing load, and building true muscle are the focus.

Group Training

At Oso Studio, we specialize in women-only semi-private strength training programs focused on progressive overload. Our programs provide structured, smart, and results-oriented programming, ensuring a highly personal and attentive experience.

Functional Nutrition

Our approach to nutrition involves in-depth intake, lab testing, and a collaborative experience to curate dietary modifications that lead to improved gut health, endocrine function, energy, and vitality.
